The client is a leading food delivery and Q-Commerce platform in India, with over 100 million customers and a revenue of $900 million. They are revolutionizing the industry with their technology and commitment to customer satisfaction.​​

The client faced challenges with technical outages leading to order losses and cancellations, necessitating a process to quantify and mitigate the business impact on order metrics and customer experience.​

ADA helped to build a framework that was designed to assess the impact of tech outages by analyzing relevant data, including the pre-outage period, and computing ratios to evaluate order loss. The analysis was based on a comparison of sales during outage periods against normal operation times.​

The implementation of this framework automated the impact assessment process, saving 40 man-hours per month, and enhanced operational efficiency by reducing response times to approximately two hours.​
