Average Number of Reviews
Clicking through the filters provides users with a different view of the average number of reviews sorted by country, platform, brand, type, and size.
Total Reviews / Number of Total SKUs = Average Number of Reviews Per Product
Total Number of Reviews
This report shows the total number of reviews present across each brand. Altering the view of the data (daily, weekly, monthly) gives users insight into the trend of how often and when customers leave reviews. Does it happen on days where there were campaigns or during a new product launch?

This report provides users a good summary of the customers’ overall ratings and reviews. Understanding the reviews, ratings, and average sentiment helps the user decide what to do or which strategy to implement next to improve the ratings and increase customer satisfaction.
For convenience, users can type a ‘Product Name’ into the search engine.
