ADA Digital Shelf provides comprehensive reports for the users to help them acquire fresh insights and develop strategies according to their specific requirements.

How does ADA Digital Shelf Work

Users with access to the digital shelf can navigate through the core components’ dashboard and have a 360-degree view of the data and metrics available.

Understanding the Report Filter

Users can customise reports based on these 5 dimensions: country, platform, brand, type, and size.

How to Use Report Filter? Click on the drop-down for each dimension and choose a specific attribute from the list to filter the data you need to extract.

Core Components of ADA Digital Shelf

  • Content <insert hyperlink> 

This section of the digital shelf let users view the content score summaries across multiple marketplaces and the percentage and average score for each brand. It also gives users a summary of products’ content scores across all platforms including: Total Scores Tracked, Average Content Score, and Content Score for each platform.

The current data on the total number of stores tracked on the digital shelf.

This is the previous week’s data on the number of stores tracked. (Current Total Number of Stores Tracked / Previous Week’s Total Number of Stores Tracked) 

Average Content Score 

This is the previous week’s data on the number of stores tracked. (Current Total Number of Stores Tracked / Previous Week’s Total Number of Stores Tracked) 

Vs the previous week 

This is the previous week’s data on the average content score of your products across all platforms. (Current Average Content Score / Previous Week’s Average Content Score) 

Content Score (Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon) 

The current data on the average score ratings (in percentage) for your content on all your products at Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon. (Total Content Score / Total SKUs) 

Vs the previous week 

This is the previous week’s data on the average content score of your products at Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon. (Current Average Content Score / Previous Week’s Average Content Score) 

 

  • Assortment & Availability 

This section provides an overview of the brand’s SKUs: what is in stock, out of stock, along with new items  added to the user’s channels. It also includes the Overall Tracked Products vs the previous week and the Overall On-Shelf Availability vs the previous week.

Overall Tracked Products 

The current data on the number of products being monitored. The data is based on the products from your stores across key platforms in each market. (Total SKUs across all platforms) 

Vs the previous week 

This is the previous week’s data on the number of products being monitored. (Current Total SKUs / Previous Total SKUs) 

Overall On-Shelf Availability 

The current data on your products’ overall availability across all your stores in key platforms. (SKUs with stock / Total SKUs) 

Vs the previous week 

This is the previous week’s data on your product’s overall availability across all your stores in key platforms. (Current [SKUs with stock / Total SKUs] / Previous [SKUs with stock / Total SKUs]) 

Out of Stock Percentage (Lazada) 

This is the percentage of all your products at Lazada that are out of stock. (SKUs with 0 Stock in Lazada / Total SKUs in Lazada) 

Out of Stock Percentage (Shopee) 

This is the percentage of all your products at Shopee that are out of stock. (SKUs with 0 Stock in Shopee / Total SKUs in Shopee) 

 

  • Ratings & Reviews <insert hyperlink> 

This section of the digital shelf monitors and analyses the users’ product ratings across all platforms and reviews  across all products.  

Users can hover over each marketplace to view the total number of product ratings  and its total percentage.

The overall percentage of the products with 4-Star ratings. (Total 4-star Ratings / Total Ratings) 

Percentage of 1-3 Star Ratings 

The overall percentage of the products with 1-3 Star ratings. (Total 1-3 Star Ratings / Total Ratings) 

Percentage of >500 Reviews 

The overall percentage of the products with >500 reviews. (Number of >500 Reviews / Total SKUs) 

Percentage of 150-500 Reviews 

The overall percentage of the products with 150-500 reviews. (Number of 150-500 Reviews / Total SKUs) 

Percentage of 41-150 Reviews 

The overall percentage of the products with 41-150 reviews. (Number of 41-150 Reviews / Total SKUs) 

Percentage of 0-40 Reviews 

The overall percentage of the products with 0-40 reviews. (Number of 0-40 Reviews / Total SKUs) 

 

  • Price & Promotions 

This section of the digital shelf presents data and insights on in-depth details of selected brands’ prices and promotions.

Percentage of Products on Promotion 

This is the overall percentage of all the products on discount across all platforms over the last 7 days. (Need computation) 

Percentage of Average Product Discount 

This is the average percentage of product discounts over the last 7 days. (Average of all discount values – missing data equals zero) 

  • Share of Search 

This section of the digital shelf presents the data and insights on the current volume of search queries for the brand as a proportion for all the search queries in top keywords or categories.

This is the number of tracked keywords that are relevant to the product. (Need computation) 

Total Number of Keywords Results 

This is the number of results on all the searched keywords that ADA monitors. (Need computation) 

Average Brand Position 

This is the average number of your brand’s position on all the searched keywords that are relevant to the product. (Need computation)
