Srinivas Gattamneni
CEO

Srinivas is a charismatic leader with a clear vision of what success looks like. Srinivas leads ada, Axiata’s full-service, data-driven digital marketing business across nine countries in South and Southeast Asia which houses various go-to-markets brands across the region like Adparlor, StudioA, adaReach and ada Outcomes. 

Srinivas also serves as Chief Portfolio Officer at Axiata Digital where he oversees all M&A, portfolio operations and investments for the Axiata portfolio of companies in digital advertising, digital financial services and platforms. He is concurrently a board member of Unlockd, Storeking and Adknowledge Asia.

Before joining Axiata, he was founded PayZazz, a UK based mobile payments startup. Prior to that he headed Corporate Venturing at ARM Ltd. in Cambridge, UK and also led China operations for Motorola Mobile Devices software group in Shanghai.

Srinivas holds an MBA from London Business School and B.Eng from National University of Singapore.

Anurag Gupta
Chief of Agency & COO

Anurag is an integrated communications leader, skilled at unlocking growth opportunities. As Chief of Agency and COO, Anurag leads all country teams with the objective of making ada the leading digital marketing agency in each market.  He is also responsible for expanding ada’s portfolio in Asia beyond its current set of 1,200 brands and set market teams up for further scale and growth.

Anurag has more than two decades of experience in building teams, creating and executing integrated, complex communication programs spanning insights, creative, new and traditional media, and CRM.  He has been in leadership roles at leading integrated communication agencies – Wunderman/Possible, WPP Team P&G Asia, DDB Mudra Max, Geometry India, Draft Worldwide East Africa, managing large teams, and working with top clients like Unilever, P&G, BP, Samsung and Vodafone. While at Wunderman, he led WPP’s largest horizontal team in Asia for P&G where he built a bespoke team of integrated communications experts to manage all in-market activities for the FMCG brand. He has more than 300 local,regional and international awards to his credit, including Cannes Gold, and AMEs Asia Gold. Anurag is also a non-executive board member and advisor for a mobile start-up, Skrilo.

Jo Fisher
Vice-President HR

Jo believes that if businesses don't find and retainthe right talent they will not achieve the success they desire. As the VP ofHR, Jo’s mission is to ensure that people are firm on the agenda at the most senior levels of the business.

In her current role, Jo is responsible for HR in nine markets across APAC and she is committed to achieving business goals via the right talent. As a member of the leadership team, her roleextends beyond HR and encompasses every area of the business. Prior to ada, Jo headed HR at Komli Media and one of her key achievements was to facilitate the integration of Komli with Adparlor (erstwhile ada) to create an awesome new business entity. Prior to that, she was the Director (Operations)for SLA Mobile, a global solutions & systems integrator and managed services provider to the mobile telecommunications industry. She has over18 years of experience and prior to working in Malaysia, she was working in United Kingdom.

Adrian Burton
Head of adaAcquire

Creating authentic relationships to drive organizational value is what Adrian believes in. As Head of adaAcquire,Adrian is focused on maximizing business results through data-driven solutions and strong partnerships. adaAcquire enables accurate segmentation & secure multi-channel delivery on the back of rich consumer profile database.Adrian has over 12 years of industry experience and prior to joining ada in April 2018, Adrian worked in Yonder Music as EVP and prior to that he was the Group Global Marketing Offer with Mobimedia International.

Adrian has a keen interest in music streaming platforms and he is credited with developing all-inclusive platform that delivers music on feature and smartphone handsets. 

Faradi Bachri
Country Director, Indonesia

Facing challenges with passion is what Faradi believes in.An expert in digital, Faradi leads ada’s Indonesia operations. An all-rounder practitioner with experience across multiple facets of digital communication, Faradi is known to have a flair for reviving failing businesses and turn them into success stories.

Prior to ada, Faradi was the Managing Director at Dentsu Aegis Indonesia where he achieved over 80% growth, making Dentsu Aegis Network Indonesia, the best performing market in the network within Asia Pacific. Priorto Dentsu, Faradi was the General Manager at Tequila Digital (TBWA agency)where he is credited with re-building a dying Tequila digital business from scratch. In a career spanning nearly 15 years, Faradi has won numerous awards across local, regional and global platforms.

George Chua
Head of Data Science and Engineering

George is passionate about applying science and design thinking to help telecom, media,and entertainment companies attain competitive advantage – particularly in the digital economy. As the Head of Data Science and Engineering at ada, George is focussed on producing ideas and concepts that simplify the complex and lead to effective results.

Prior to ada, George was the Head of Analytics at Axiata Digital (erstwhile ada) and prior to that, he was an Associate Partner at IBM where he applied data science and design thinking to help IBM clients advance their pricing, customer management, and digital advertising capabilities. A big data expert, George is a frequent speaker at industry events on commercial and consumer analytics and is known to inspire his audience.

Gilbert Cadiang
Country Director Philippines

Gilbert is a sales and marketing expert with a proven track record of success. As the Country Director of Philippines, Gilbert is responsible for operations, business growth and making ada a great place to work. Gilbert has been with ada for the past three years where he has built a culture of leveraging data in the smartest way possible to offer the best ROIat scale to clients.

Prior to ada, Gilbert was working at LinkedIn as Senior Sales Manager and prior to that Gilbert was a Channel Sales Manager at McAfee. Gilbert believes in disrupting the way brands connect with their digital audience and inspires and empowers his team to do the same.

Mahesh Neelakantan
Country DIrector Malaysia and Singapore

Mahesh combines data, technology, content and media under one roof to create an extremely agile and outcome driven digital marketing business in Singapore and Malaysia.  As Country Director of ada in Singapore and Malaysia, Mahesh brings a wealth of results-oriented and performance-driven experience to the team.

A performance driven marketing professional with over 23 years of experience – Mahesh has had the fortune of experiencing both sides of the coin – ‘Big Company Corporate’ job and ‘Start-Up Entrepreneur’. From advertising to creative, big corporates to small start-ups, Mahesh has led, re-purposed and built teams around a shared vision and ambition to deliver business results. He relishes briefs with a focus on ‘Bottom of the Funnel’ driving conversion, retention and advocacy.

Prior to ada, Mahesh was employed with Ogilvy Action working with brands such as Coca Cola, Cadburyand Castrol. While at OgilvyAction, he led the office to win 3 successive Twin-Peak (Creative and Effective) awards given to the same piece of work. Heal so has had the opportunity to set up start-ups thrice across markets. Mahesh is an avid speaker at marketing forums, trainer for IACT and an occasional contributor to industry magazines.

Shihab Ahmad
Managing Director Bangladesh

An innate ability to analyse and go beyond the obvious details, differentiates Shihab as a professional. He is known for looking into problems from different angles and coming up with the best solution. As the Managing Director of ada Bangladesh,Shihab leads by example and is a much-respected professional in the local telecom industry. Shihab is responsible for overall enterprise project management and management of projects across Market Operations, Technology, Finance & SCM. 

Shihab is credited with the seamless integration of two major telcos in Bangladesh, Robi and Airtel. Shihab’s experience includes being the Chief Strategy Officer of Banglalink Digital Communications  and the title of Senior Director (Marketing) at Orascom Telecom Bangladesh.

Country Director Korea

Ted is a highly motivated and accomplished sales professional with entrepreneurial experience.  As Country Director of ada Korea, Ted spearheads the company’s growth strategy in Korea whilst overseeing sales and operations. Ted holds over 15 years of experience in generating sales and building partnerships in Korea for global tech companies. He has an extensive background in digital advertising,with previous roles in Google and Twitter. During these roles, Ted strengthened the foothold of his previous organisations in the market by securing key deals with leading Korean brands. Ted’s previous position before ada was Managing Director of Teads Korea, where he secured over 20 major publishers, including the top 5 daily newspapers. Outside of work,Ted enjoys skiing and travelling around the world, having so far visited over 30 countries and 100 cities

Yogi Triharso
Country Director,  adaReach Indonesia

Yogi is a pro-active and results-oriented business professional with extensive experience in digital, big data, and analytics within the telco industry. As Country Director of adaReach Indonesia, Yogi leads media, programmatic and RTB expertise with a focus on leveraging data to solve business problems. Yogi’s expertise is embedded with solid hands-on execution skills and he helps clients to increase profitability and ROI. He is skilled at handling multiple projects across multiple markets and always seeks result amplification through asset optimization to ascertain goals of business are always met. Yogi is a unique combination of a competent network engineer and a very customer-oriented person. Always excited in new business opportunities and innovation, Yogi is a running enthusiast and an avid mountain biker.

He leads growth and business development for ada Thailand through integrated strategy and planning. Since joining ada in 2017, Suppakit has built out the market’s creative services offering, transforming the Thailand business into a one-stop integrated digital agency. ada Thailand grew rapidly under Suppakit’s leadership, working with a plethora of global brands and local blue-chip clients. Before joining ada, Suppakit was General Manager at Spark Foundry (aka Mediavest).
